Seriously though - what is the deal with these sets (Gail Ems etc)
Does an amateur photographer just approach them/their agent direct and say
"I would like to do a lingerie shoot for my private album which I will pay for and not release" and presumably 90% say no

Most of these pics look self shot(see the red remote in pics) so do they send them a camera or ?
