The main problem with the quality of this video is that she's set up all the lighting equipment about 10 meters behind her but set her camera up in the opposite end of the room.

So we end up with a potentially great video shot in the shadows

That would be fine if that were the case but the low resolution of the camera (and in this case the app she is using) means that even using modern software to pull detail out of the shadows means all you get are mostly jpg artifacts as the low light and resolution combined mean there is little detail to recover (but I'll post them anyway)
