Let's see how the prosecution unfolds. The only supposedly 'real' video we have is of him shooting a guy who hit him in the head with a skateboard. That can easily be construed as self defense. His culpability in the initial shooting, which he is alleged to have perpetrated, and then was running away from, where the skateboard to the head attack occurred, still has to be determined.

 

There's already a ton of videos out on it.

Did I say the vids prove his guilt, no I didn't, I just said there's lots out there.

Any competent attorney would have him acquitted based on self defense.
He was pursued down the street, knocked down, and they were both attacking him and trying to take away his gun.

A competent prosecutor would show his attendance at the protest armed and (probably) looking for trouble.

One would hope that his "competent prosecutor" would have found out that he was attacked because just previously he shot and probably killed an unarmed protester and they were trying to stop him from killing someone else.
