The other night I had a dream where I had sex with my sister. Is this normal? Please keep all negative comments to yourself. If you don't want to help then please find another thread to comment on.

 

First, don't put too much faith in dreams. I saw a dream where my sis levelled a shotgun at me, this was probably equally ludicrous.
Maybe, you had some thoughts (platonic) about sis, and then natural sex thoughts combined with this.
try googling `dream analysis'. Dreams are often symbolic, or just the brain's way of cleaning out junk, depending on your school of thought.

It is normal. Or at least its not wrong. It sounds like you don't think about her that way when you're awake, so its probably not a fantasy of yours. It could be anything from your brain telling you you want to be closer to her (platonically) to just one more thing in a dream, depending on whether you believe they have any meaning or not. Are you two close? Do you talk or are you distant? Do you remember any feelings during the dream or just after you woke up?

 

Yeah I would say its pretty normal to have odd sexual dreams about someone you interact with everyday even if the sexual feelings arent really there. This is assuming she is around your age bracket and not like 12 or something. Again assuming your 18 since your on a porn forum, your not sexually mature yet and your wants could be changing however do be aware that society frowns upon sibling sex. It was just a dream though dude. Shake it off and remember to beat it more often before bed so the pesky sexual dreams stay away.

First of all thanks everybody We are close in age we're three years apart we live in the same state and see each other often. The thing is though I have often had fantasies of incest even while awake . She told me she's thinking about moving soon. Could that have something to do with it?

 

Very possible. Do you remember anything about the sex, especially whether you held her close at all? Did she ever try to stop it? Basically, did anything make it seem like you wanted her to stay there with you? If so, the dream was probably about you not wanting her to move away.

Certainly nothing wrong about dreaming about your sister.. Many years ago I had a relationship with my sister. Although it was wrong, neither of us had any guilty feelings.

Anyhow, point is, sex dreams are RARELY about sex.

It could be you were horny when you went to bed and she was the last person you saw or thought about. Or that you'd been spending more time with her lately than you normally do. Dreams are the subconscious' way of dealing with the day's events. Processing and sorting information and emotions. That's not to say it's a databank that clumps things together the same way our conscious mind would. It just takes some random things and clumps them together, fills in some blanks, and processes it so you can move on to the next day and welcome more information into your life.
